To Delroy, Joel, Frubie, Donneth, Lennie, Sonia, and all who loved Viv,
Condolences on your immense loss. I wish I could have had more time with my sweet cousin, Viv. How wonderful it would have been to see her kind face and smile one more time. I was touched and felt blessed by my brief yet very deep and meaningful experiences of her warmth, her character, and her soul. She was there for me when my parents passed on. I will always remember her kindness and her love and support. May her heart and spirit continue to shine in the glory of god.

Aunt Viv was the most loving, kind, sweet, and supportive person. Her beautiful spirit is greatly missed, but I know that all the angels in heaven are glad to welcome her as one among them
"The Klatch" (April 12, 2023)
We, the Klatchers (a small group that meets for coffee), met Vivienne (and her husband - Delroy) through her sister - Donneth. This group has been meeting regularly for about 8 years.
Upon meeting her, it was almost as if Viv instantly became a part of our group. In our many meetings we were enamoured by her warm personality, her quiet dignity and her ability to offer a perspective that was balanced.
She was Donneth's big sister and by virtue of that fact she suffered/ took the blame for all of Donneth's "bad" behaviour. This was all done in jest and made our Klatch light hearted and fun. We shared in her gifts, we enjoyed the treats she brought to us and we especially enjoyed her company.
We were shocked to hear of her illness and sudden passing but we are comforted by the fact that her gentleness, warmth, and spirit touched and impacted everyone she met.
Viv, as you rest well with the Saviour, we thank you for being you and for the memories we made, the lessons you taught us - both overtly and covertly.
To her family, we quote from Romans 14:8 "If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.” By her life we are confident that our dear Viv is with the Lord.
